How Do I Book a Glamping Experience?
Currently, Star City Glamping does not use online booking software. Instead, we offer a more personalized approach to ensure your event is tailored perfectly to your needs.

How Many Guests Can Your Glamping Tents Accommodate?
Depending on the layout, our 16ft tents can comfortably sleep up to 4-6 guests. Options include queen and twin beds. Up to 8+ guests with the glamplounge seating. Custom options are available to fit your needs.
How Much Space is Needed for the Glamping Setup?
A 16ft tent requires a minimum of 16 x 216 feet of flat, open space plus an extra 2-3 feet for tension ropes. If you’re unsure about the space or have special location needs, contact us, and we’ll assist!
What Do I Need to Do as a Customer Before My Glamping Stay?"
Once you book your glamping experience, we handle the setup and breakdown—all you need to do is choose your location and prepare for a relaxing stay! Here’s how you can get ready:
Confirm Your Setup Location – Whether it’s your backyard, a venue, or a campground, ensure the space is clear and accessible.
Plan for Essentials – While we provide cozy bedding and décor, you may want to bring extra blankets, food, or personal items.
Check Local Amenities – If your site doesn’t have restrooms or power access, consider renting portable facilities or battery packs. We provide basic rechargeable lights.
Relax & Enjoy! – Show up, settle in, and experience the perfect blend of nature and luxury.

Where Can You Set Up a Glamping Experience?
We can set up right in your backyard, your wedding venue, local campgrounds, or special event location with planning. We tailor every setup to your chosen location and event.
What Happens in Case of Bad Weather?
Our tents are 100% rainproof. For light rain, setups proceed as planned. For severe storms, we’ll reschedule your booking to ensure your comfort and safety.
What Are Your Cancellation & Refund Policies?
Cancellation Policy: All reservations are non-refundable, including deposits. However, we encourage rescheduling whenever possible to ensure you still enjoy your glamping experience. Contact us to discuss alternative dates!
